You can make whatever noise you want at any time of the day and watch movies and listen to music at any volume. Who gives a fuck if your neighbors don’t like it, you can do whatever the fuck you want to do, there are no rules for how you can live at any time or part of the day, it’s your life, you do what you want. If other people don’t like it that’s their problem.
